Each move has to satisfy three conditions at once: one clue per rectangle, the exact number of cells on that clue, and the right silhouette for the clue type.
Match the area
The clue number is the rectangle’s exact cell count. If the math is off, the patch is wrong.
Respect the silhouette
Square clues stay square. Wide clues stretch horizontally. Tall clues rise vertically.
Cover the whole board
Every cell must belong to one valid patch, with no overlaps, dead space, or spare clues.
